Call For Voices

Share Your Voice: Join the 2026 E-Magazine Series

We believe stories are a form of care.

Whether you're a mental health professional, a student, an artist, or someone who has walked the path of healing—we want to hear your voice. The Wellness Portfolio is curating its 2026 E-Magazine Series, and we are inviting contributions that speak to the seasons of our mental health.

This is a space for stories that make room for complexity, hope, identity, grief, breakthrough, and becoming. If you’ve experienced the power of mental wellness, community care, or inner transformation, your words could echo in someone else’s healing.

Let your story be part of a living archive that shows how we care, cope, and create change—across seasons, identities, and communities.

What We're Looking For:

We’re especially drawn to storytelling and creative reflections that explore:

  • Personal journeys with mental health, healing, or self-discovery

  • Reflections from students or professionals in psychology, expressive arts, or community care

  • Creative work (original poetry, short essays, artwork, photography) with a caption or brief note on its meaning

  • Narratives rooted in identity, advocacy, intergenerational care, or cultural healing

Deadline:

Priority deadline: November 1, 2025
Submissions after this date will still be reviewed, but may be considered for future issues.

Guidelines:

  • Word Count: 300–800 words for written pieces

  • Format: .docx, .pdf, or paste text directly into the form

  • Visuals: High-resolution image files (for art or photography) with a short written description

  • Original work only (unpublished and not AI-generated)

  • Include a short bio (1–2 sentences) — you may remain anonymous if you prefer

  • Consent: By submitting, you give The Wellness Portfolio permission to share your work in the magazine and/or on our social platforms, with credit.

Spread the Word

Help us amplify voices and create a collective movement for mental wellness.

Even if you don’t plan to submit, you can still support this project by:

  • Sharing the Call with friends, colleagues, or peers in mental health, art, education, or advocacy spaces

  • Reposting our Instagram announcement or stories

  • Tagging someone whose story deserves to be heard

  • Adding the flyer or link to your community board, campus, or social group

  • Encouraging your organization to feature or uplift the call in a newsletter or internal platform

Every voice shared and every post amplified brings us one step closer to creating a platform rooted in healing, representation, and reflection.
